A deeper dive into the psychology of pain: Free webinar [recording inside]
I have two exciting pieces of news to share.
It’s important to me to get the word out about how a psychological approach to chronic pain can be an essential part of healing.
It’s what I write about on my website, in my newsletter, and in my workbook on Challenging Your Pain Narratives (have you downloaded your copy yet?).
Join me for a live webinar
Next Friday, March 24th, I’ll be speaking live via Zoom for a full hour (12pm-1pm EDT) on how to work through common barriers to changing your mindset around pain.
We’ll dig deep into what’s so hard about changing your relationship to pain, starting with the reactions that you might have to that very idea.
I’ll guide you through a series of exercises to start shifting your mindset around pain and to stay focused on moving forward.
You’ll have the chance to ask me questions (LIVE) about where you’re getting stuck.
My presentation is part of a wonderful series of talks on integrative medicine for chronic pain held by the Functional Integrative Restoration Program For Chronic Pain (FINER) at Mass General Brigham/Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. Check out the full spring calendar here.
No registration is needed, just go here to get the Zoom link.
***Update: In case you missed the live session, here the recording of the full webinar!
